Each apartment features a kitchen, living room, bathroom, two bedrooms and either a skylight or patio door. Emergency pull cords that alert Lutheran Home of the Good Shepard staff are conveniently located in bedrooms and bathrooms. Stalls in an attached garage are available for an extra cost. Rent includes all utilities except for electricity, telephone, and cable television service. Rent also includes a continental style breakfast and buffet style lunch every day of the week. A variety of assisted living services are available at an additional fee for anyone needing a little extra help to continue to live independently. Heritage House is conveniently connected to the Lutheran Home, Chapel addition, and Child Development Center through an attractive walkway.
