In this role, you’ll be the heart of our care team, making sure each resident’s needs are understood, respected, and met with kindness. You’ll work closely with nurses, caregivers, families, and residents to ensure care plans reflect not just medical needs, but the personal touches that make life meaningful.
What You’ll Do:
- Build warm, trusting relationships with residents and their families.
- Coordinate and oversee individualized care plans that support comfort and dignity.
- Encourage teamwork and positivity within the nursing department.
- Support residents through changes in condition with compassion and understanding.
- Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, therapists, and physicians to ensure continuity of care.
- Communicate regularly with residents and families, providing updates and compassionate support.
- Monitor and evaluate resident outcomes and address any changes promptly.
- Support compliance with state and federal regulations, and facility policies.
- Foster a positive and respectful team culture that puts residents first.
What You Bring:
- A current ND RN license in good standing.
- A caring heart, excellent communication skills, and genuine respect for seniors.
- Leadership skills with a team-player attitude.
- Experience in long-term care is helpful, but we’re happy to train someone who shares our values and dedication.
