Lutheran Home of the Good Shepherd is looking for a Social Services Designee to join our outstanding team and portray a positive, professional role throughout the facility and community. The designee is responsible for the social services department, oversee admissions and discharges, conduct resident care conferences and be a HIPAA privacy leader. The social services designee shall make confidentiality and resident advocacy their main priority.
Normal hours are 8-4:30, Monday through Friday.
Preferably, applicants must have completed at least 2 years of formal education in a business or medical related field. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
